WHO IS TUESDAY

Purpose, Passion & Profit

Tuesday P. Brooks, a devoted mother, successful business owner, educator, and proud US veteran, has an unwavering heart for service that serves as the cornerstone of everything she does.

As the Founder of AJOY–a financial management firm committed to improving the profitability of micro and small business ventures, Tuesday is a trusted tax and accounting professional to growing ventures in media & entertainment, sports & fitness, health & wellness, fashion & accessories, education, and professional services. AJOY provides bookkeeping, tax compliance, credit readiness, and cash flow management services to early-stage business owners and non-profit founders. However, it’s her continuous dedication to strengthening small business through mentorship, education and opportunity that’s most refreshing.

To date, she has educated more than 3,500 aspiring entrepreneurs by leveraging her relationships with community-based organizations and government agencies to provide technical assistance to businesses primarily through one-to-one coaching, workshops, and business curriculum development.

Fiercely devoted to financial fluency, Tuesday’s mission is to accelerate the growth of financially-sound, women-led companies that employ across the U.S.  As such, she works tirelessly helping women founders gain the confidence to take a leap of faith towards profitable growth so they can tap further into their joy.

When she isn’t serving as an accountability partner to fellow business owners, curating curriculum or facilitating panel discussions, you can find her piloting a boat in waters along the East Coast.
